These integrations enable the bot to search and retrieve relevant answers from your connected tools, providing accurate and up-to-date information directly in Slack channels.

How to Set Up Integrations

1. Connect Your Tools: To set up integrations, navigate to the Integrations tab in your Question Base workspace. You'll find options to connect your accounts for Notion, Google Drive, Confluence, Zendesk, and Intercom.
2. Authorize Access: Follow the prompts to authorize Question Base to access your selected tools. This ensures the bot can retrieve and provide answers seamlessly.
3. Select Your Preferences: Customize how Question Base retrieves data by specifying folders, spaces, or areas of focus within each tool.
4. Search in Slack: Once set up, simply ask questions in Slack, and Question Base will fetch answers from both your chat history and connected tools.
