Data will be retained for 35 days after the account deletion to ensure access for any legal investigations or disputes.
Please note that we retain billing and usage metadata about a company or individual as required for compliance with law and regulation. Removing Question Base from your Slack workspace is a prerequisite for the complete deletion of your data. Question Base AI Inc. will retain Personal Information in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual agreements. Generally, Question Base does not retain information longer than necessary to provide its services and for its reasonable business and lawful needs. This includes retaining Interaction Information for the period necessary to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When we no longer require the Personal Information we have collected from you, we will either delete or anonymize it.
